In the gas meter automatic production line, base meter unboxing and palletizing are the initial steps. After the base meter is retrieved from the warehouse, it's conveyed to the elevator via the unpacking line and RGV, then transported to the static area by AGV. This ensures the base meter stabilizes before metering. The gas meter conveyor production line takes over at this stage, using conveyor belts and pallets to transport the base meters to the robotic gripping and loading stations. Here, robots precisely pick up the base meters and place them on the metering loading line of the gas meter automatic production line for code scanning, metering, and function testing. For the gas flowmeter production line, additional calibration procedures are integrated during the metering and testing phase to ensure accurate flow rate measurements. Finally, all products from these three lines complete the production process through laser marking and automatic packaging on the gas meter automatic production line.
