In the production process, quality inspection points are set up after each key process, and visual inspection equipment, coordinate measuring instrument and other precision instruments are utilized to carry out real-time inspection on the dimensional accuracy, surface quality and assembly quality of components. Before the finished product off the line, but also to carry out a comprehensive performance test, including power output test, chain cutting performance test, vibration and noise test, etc., to simulate the chainsaw in the actual work of a variety of working conditions, only through all the tests of the product can be labeled as qualified to flow into the market, to provide users with safe, reliable, excellent performance of the chainsaw products.
