1.Core Composition

  • Processing / Operating Equipment: To complete the core processes of cutting, welding, assembly, etc., such as CNC machine tools, robots, mounters, etc., which require high precision and stability.

  • Conveying and Handling System: Realize automatic transfer of workpieces between processes through conveyor belts, AGVs, special pallets, etc. to ensure continuous processes.

  • Control system: PLC as the core, combined with sensors (detecting workpieces/parameters), HMI (human-machine interaction) and industrial network to coordinate equipment linkage and handle abnormalities.

  • Inspection and quality control: real-time quality monitoring through visual, dimensional and performance inspection devices, and automatic rejection of non-conforming products.

  • Auxiliary devices: including loading machines, safety protection (light curtains / fences), waste disposal, etc., to ensure stable production.

  • Power system: Provide electric, pneumatic and hydraulic power to drive the equipment.

2. Operation Procedure

Preparation before production

  • Setting Parameters: Input the process parameters (e.g. speed, pressure) through HMI to match the production plan.

  • Check the material: make sure the raw material is sufficient, the feeding device is not blocked, and the fixture is clean.

  • Equipment self-test: the system automatically detects whether the sensor, motor, etc. are normal, troubleshooting.

Automatic operation

  • After starting, the conveying system feeds the material, the sensor locates the workpiece, and the processing equipment works automatically according to the process.

  • Each process is linked through the control system and the beat is synchronized (the next process is started after the previous one is completed).

  • The finished products are inspected and passed into the finished product area, and the defective products are automatically shunted.

Monitoring and Adjustment

  • The operator monitors the output, equipment status and alarm information (e.g. lack of material, defective products) through HMI.

  • Minor abnormalities can be fine-tuned parameters (e.g., conveying speed) to ensure that the beat matches.

Wrap-up and Maintenance

  • Normal shutdown after completion of production, clean up residual material, record yield and pass rate.

  • Routine maintenance of equipment (lubrication, cleaning of sensors) and troubleshooting of potential faults.
